The 800X is a high-throughput conveyor-fed automatic spray painting production line engineered for mass-volume industrial coating. Built with a robust stainless steel, aluminum, and steel frame (650KG), it features a dual-group 4-gun system combining 360° high-speed rotary and reciprocating spraying for complete surface coverage across an 800mm coating width. Powered by servo + stepper hybrid drive technology with ±0.2mm precision, this system is purpose-built for continuous production environments.

The 800X deploys two independent groups totaling 4 ManSheng Blue Guns (1.3mm nozzle), each group capable of simultaneous 360° high-speed rotation and reciprocating motion. This dual-group architecture enables:

• Group 1 (X1 + Z1 + R1): Dual-gun 360° high-speed rotary spraying with independent reciprocating stroke
• Group 2 (X2 + Z2 + R2): Second dual-gun station mirroring Group 1 for parallel processing
• 2 * X-Axis (Horizontal): Independent lateral movement for wide-area 800mm coverage
• 2 * Z-Axis (Vertical): Independent height adjustment with synchronized positioning
• 2 * R-Axis (Rotary + Reciprocating): 360° high-speed spin combined with reciprocating spray for 3D surface uniformity

Unlike batch-style machines, the 800X integrates a 4000mm * 1030mm * 760mm conveyor belt for uninterrupted workflow. Workpieces enter through the 1540mm * 2276mm * 1990mm spray booth and are automatically coated in transit. Effective stroke reaches L1100mm * H260mm, accommodating a wide range of part sizes with 800mm maximum coating width.

Designed for high-volume automated spray coating of vehicle wheel hubs, automotive parts, metal hardware, pipe fittings, household appliance components, electronic enclosures, and other industrial products requiring uniform protective or decorative surface finishes in a continuous production environment.
