U10 UAV Methane Leak Detector for Pipeline and Environmental Inspection
Product Introduction
The AiLF U10 is a lightweight UAV-mounted laser methane leak detector designed for remote inspection of natural gas transmission and gathering pipelines, as well as environmental and industrial monitoring. Using TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy), the U10 provides fast methane detection with a 5 ppm·m stationary detection limit and a 25 ms response time.
With a weight of only 0.7 kg, the U10 is designed for drone-based inspection over large or difficult-to-access areas. It can be used for both above-ground and underground pipeline inspection and is suitable for complex environments such as mountains, hills, forests, and densely built-up areas.
The U10 uses a corrosion-resistant housing designed for outdoor operation under different weather conditions. Its compact payload design supports integration with compatible DJI drone platforms, allowing operators to remotely inspect potential methane leak areas while reducing the need for direct access to difficult or hazardous locations.
In addition to pipeline inspection, the U10 can be used for landfill and biogas monitoring, urban utility surveys, emergency gas leak detection, and industrial facility inspection, providing a flexible aerial solution for methane monitoring and environmental applications.
