L10 IP68 Remote Laser Methane Detector for Natural Gas Pipeline Inspection

Product Introduction

The AiLF L10 is an IP68 remote laser methane detector designed for non-contact inspection of natural gas pipelines and other gas infrastructure. Using TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy), the L10 remotely detects methane and displays gas concentration in ppm·m, allowing operators to identify suspected leaks without direct contact with the source.

Remote Pipeline Inspection

With a detection distance of up to 100 m, the L10 enables operators to inspect pipeline components, gas infrastructure, and difficult-to-access areas from a distance. Its rapid response and remote measurement capability support efficient leak surveys and on-site verification.

The L10 supports LDAR (Leak Detection and Repair) workflows and can generate leak survey records. Through Bluetooth and the ADA mobile app, users can associate gas readings with GPS locations, notes, and photos for inspection documentation and follow-up maintenance.

Fast Detection and Easy Operation

The detector provides rapid methane measurement with audible and visual alarms, allowing operators to quickly identify abnormal gas signals during field surveys. Its long battery operation supports extended inspection tasks without frequent interruption.
