Amphenol Industrial Operations, in partnership with Eaxtron, presents the UL 1977 Effortless & Arcless DIN Connectors. These connectors feature the patented Vortex Clip technology, significantly enhancing conductivity and reducing coupling effort by up to 80% compared to industry standards. Constructed with pure copper (Cu11000) contacts plated with 6m of silver, they ensure minimal wear and extended contact life. The robust polyamide housing and durable, flexible handles provide reliable performance in demanding environments. Designed for arcless operation, these connectors safely manage and disperse arcs within the connector carriage, protecting users and equipment. A color-coded system for cable clamps and coding pins facilitates easy identification of different voltages and applications, preventing mismating. The innovative contact loader allows for faster wiring of main, auxiliary, and pilot contacts. Available in 160A, 320A, and 430A ratings, these connectors are designed for durability, safety, and efficiency, offering up to twelve thousand cycles, more than double the industry standard.
