These connectors are suitable for wire sizes ranging from #10 AWG (5.3 mm) to #1 AWG (42.4 mm), with new extended range contacts accommodating up to #1 AWG. The SB120 features a genderless design that mates with itself, color-coded mechanical keys for circuit identification and to prevent accidental cross-mating of different voltages, and options for both standard and chemical-resistant housings. The chemical-resistant option extends the operating temperature range down to -40C and offers enhanced UV and chemical resistance. These connectors are ideal for applications requiring reliable power connections in industrial, electric vehicle, and other demanding environments.
