The Amphenol PV Wire-to-Board and Wire-to-Wire Connector System is a versatile and modular solution designed for demanding applications requiring high density and outstanding electrical and mechanical performance. Featuring a unique dual-metal PV receptacle contact for durability up to 1000 cycles and a beryllium copper spring for high normal force, this system ensures reliable connections. Keyed MINI-LATCH housings provide polarization to prevent mismating, while the brass contact body offers a reliable, gas-tight crimp termination. Users can select from three different spring pressures to customize insertion and withdrawal forces. Shrouded header side walls and a two-wall header design provide additional retention and mechanical benefits. This RoHS compliant and lead-free system is suitable for automotive, industrial, consumer, data, and medical markets.
