The Anderson SBS connector family is engineered for high-power applications, offering a compact and ergonomic design with integrated protection against accidental contact with live circuits. This is particularly crucial for DC voltages exceeding 30 volts. Available in wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations, SBS connectors support power contacts rated up to 110 amps. The SBS 75X model features up to 4 mate-last, break-first auxiliary power/signal contacts rated up to 20 amps, while the SBS 75G includes a third, first-mate, last-break ground or power contact. All contact positions are rated for circuit interruption, enabling hot plugging. Key features include a touch-safe interface compliant with IEC 60950, versatile wire-to-wire and wire-to-board configurations, and integrated ground or auxiliary positions within a single housing for a compact solution.
