The SB 120 connector series offers robust solutions for high-current applications, supporting wire sizes from 10 to 1 AWG (5.3 to 42.4 mm) and currents up to 240 Amps. These connectors feature color-coded, mechanically keyed housings to prevent accidental cross-mating and identify different circuits. An optional chemical-resistant housing extends the operating temperature range down to -40C and provides enhanced UV and chemical resistance. Panel mounting grooves allow for easy installation through panels using mounting clamps. The genderless design ensures self-mating, and silver-plated contacts offer superior electrical performance and durability with up to 10,000 mating cycles.
