Protective Sealant (EPP-918A)
EPP-918A is a protective sealant designed to improve the durability and reliability of RJ11 and RJ45 modular jacks. It helps prevent corrosion from harsh environmental conditions, withstands high temperatures (in excess of 260 C for 10 seconds), and maintains low contact resistance over 10,000 cycles. The sealant contains a UV tracer for visible inspection and adheres instantly to contacts without migration. It is RoHS compliant and can be used with virtually any Stewart connector product.
RJ point five Connector System
The RJ point five connector system offers nearly double the port density compared to standard RJ45 connector solutions. Designed for up to CAT5e applications, it supports Gigabit Ethernet speeds and provides a migration path to 10GBase-T over CAT6a applications. Features include an integrated cable strain relief, plug shield, and LED light pipes. It is ideal for OEM applications seeking increased density and reduced cost-per-port, particularly in mobile, handheld, and remote applications.
MRJ21 Cables & Patch Panels
Stewart's MRJ21 cable assemblies and patch panels are designed for increased patch panel density in telecom and premise wiring applications. The MRJ21 connector system supports network applications such as Gigabit Ethernet, VoIP, and PoE. The patch panels provide a transition point from MRJ21 to traditional RJ45 ports, facilitating integration with existing infrastructure. Available in 48-port versions for Gigabit Ethernet and 10/100 Base-T, fitting into a standard 19 rack.
ARJ45 Category 7a
The ARJ45 connector system is designed for Category 7 and Category 7a premise wiring systems, supporting 10Gigabit Ethernet and higher speed data transmission environments. It meets Category 7a performance standards up to 1000 MHz as defined by IEC60603-7-71. The system is interface-compatible with the Nexans GG45 connector system and offers enhanced port density and high-frequency performance.
