The Stewart Connector 60300 Series Jacks are engineered for 2.5G, 5G, and 10GBase-T Ethernet applications, offering a singular, simplistic design to accommodate all Ethernet requirements. This series is notable for being the only manufacturer to provide reliable 10GBase-T Ethernet in a passive connector application. The 60300 series possesses the electrical performance characteristics necessary for 10GBase-T Ethernet signals and is capable of performing in 2.5G and 5GBase-T devices designed to operate over existing structured cabling systems. Its unique contact design mitigates crosstalk and return loss issues common in high-frequency RJ45 applications. The compact footprint is ideal for PCB space constraints. Options include shielded and unshielded versions with 45, 90, and 180-degree orientations, compatibility with Power over Ethernet (PoE) from 15W to 100W, and IR reflow compatibility for non-LED versions. Contacts are selectively plated with 50 micro-inches of gold and are RoHS compliant.
