This specification covers the 0.5mm Pitch H=2.0 FPC Easy-on Back-flip R/A SMT type connectors series. Designed for reliable electrical connections, these connectors feature a back-flip actuator for easy FPC insertion and removal. Instructions for Use of ZIF Back-flip Type

  1. Insert the FPC with the actuator opened.
  2. FPC is totally inserted and not moved. Press the actuator and rotate down to make a reservation.
  3. Lift the actuator, withdraw FPC.

Warnings:

  • The whirling angle can't be greater than 90 degrees.
  • The strength of exerting pressure should be average and pushing actuator at the center.
  • To lift actuator at the center.
  • The roughness of PCB board must be in 0.1mm max.
