This specification covers the 0.5mm Pitch H=2.0 FPC Easy-on Back-flip R/A SMT type connectors series. Designed for reliable electrical connections, these connectors feature a back-flip actuator for easy FPC insertion and removal. Instructions for Use of ZIF Back-flip Type
- Insert the FPC with the actuator opened.
- FPC is totally inserted and not moved. Press the actuator and rotate down to make a reservation.
- Lift the actuator, withdraw FPC.
Warnings:
- The whirling angle can't be greater than 90 degrees.
- The strength of exerting pressure should be average and pushing actuator at the center.
- To lift actuator at the center.
- The roughness of PCB board must be in 0.1mm max.
