Infrared Reflow Condition
Refer to the attached temperature condition graph for infrared reflow soldering.
Instructions for Use
- Step 1: Insert the FPC with the actuator opened.
- Step 2: FPC is totally inserted and not moved. Press the actuator and rotate down to lock.
- Step 3: Lift the actuator and withdraw FPC.
Warnings:
- The rotation angle of the actuator should not exceed 90 degrees.
- Apply pressure evenly on the center of the actuator.
- Lift the actuator from its center.
- PCB flatness must be within 0.1mm max.
