This specification covers the 0.5mm Pitch H=2.0 FPC Easy-on Back-flip R/A SMT type connectors series. These connectors are designed for SMT applications and feature a back-flip actuator for easy operation. They are suitable for a wide operating temperature range of -55C to +85C and a maximum operating voltage of 50V AC with a current rating of 0.5A DC.

Instructions for Use

  1. Step 1: Insert the FPC with the actuator opened.
  2. Step 2: FPC is totally inserted and not moved. Press the actuator and rotate down to secure.
  3. Step 3: Lift the actuator and withdraw FPC.

Warnings:

  • The rotation angle cannot be greater than 90 degrees.
  • The pressure applied should be average and on the center of the actuator.
  • Lift the actuator at the center.
  • PCB board flatness must be within 0.1mm max.
