Operation Instructions for Easy-On Type Connectors
- Step 1: Use the thumb or forefinger to lift the top cover upwards.
- Step 2: Insert the FPC with the conductive side facing down, parallel to the connector.
- Step 3: Press the top cover lightly and rotate it down to secure, ensuring the FPC is fully inserted and stable.
- Step 4: To withdraw the FPC, carefully lift the top cover and then remove the FPC.
Warnings:
- The rotation angle of the cover should not exceed 120 degrees.
- Inserting the FPC at an excessive angle may cause electrical discontinuity.
- The upward pulling force should not exceed 0.04N/pin max.
- When opening the connector's top cover, avoid using excessive force to prevent touching the terminals.
