Product Overview

This specification covers the 0.5mm Pitch H=2.0 FPC Easy-on R/A SMT type connectors series. Designed for reliable connections, these connectors feature a LCP housing in white and a LCP actuator in black, both with a UL94V-0 flammability rating. The terminals and fitting nails are made of Phosphor Bronze. They are suitable for a wide operating temperature range of -55C to +85C and offer a maximum operating voltage of 50V AC and a current rating of 0.5A DC.

Instruction upon usage of ZIF Easy-On Type:

  1. Use thumb or forefinger to raise the top cover upwards.
  2. Insert FPC with conductive fingers facing down, parallel to the connector.
  3. Press the top cover lightly and rotate down until FPC is fully inserted and secured.
  4. To withdraw FPC, carefully lift the top cover and slide out the FPC.

Warnings:

  • Rotation angle of the cover should not exceed 120 degrees.
  • Inserting FPC at an excessive angle may cause electrical discontinuity.
  • Upward pulling force should not exceed 0.04N/pin max.
  • Do not use excessive force when opening the connector cover to avoid touching the terminals.
