The CAX-AFC24-XIB-H2.0 series connector is a 0.5mm pitch, 2.0mm height FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) Easy-on Back-flip Right-Angle SMT (Surface Mount Technology) connector. Usage Instructions & Warnings
Instructions upon usage of ZIF Back-flip Type:
- Step 1: Insert the FPC with the actuator opened.
- Step 2: FPC is totally inserted and not moved. Press the actuator and rotate down to lock.
- Step 3: Lift the actuator, withdraw FPC.
Warnings:
- The rotation angle of the actuator cannot exceed 90 degrees.
- The pressure applied should be average and directed at the center of the actuator.
- Lift the actuator from its center.
- The flatness of the PCB board must be within 0.1mm max.
