Instruction upon Usage of ZIF Easy-On Type

  1. Step 1: Use the thumb or the forefinger, raise the top cover up.
  2. Step 2: FPC metal finger facing down, insert parallel into the connector.
  3. Step 3: Press the top cover lightly and rotate down to lock, until FPC is fully inserted and not moved.
  4. Step 4: To withdraw FPC, lift the top cover carefully and withdraw the FPC.

Warnings:

  • The rotation angle of the cover cannot be greater than 120 degrees.
  • When the FPC insertion angle is too large, it may cause electrical discontinuity.
  • The upward pulling force should not exceed 0.04N/pin max.
  • When opening the connector cover, do not use excessive force to avoid touching the terminals.
