Operational Instructions & Warnings

Easy-On Type Operation:

  1. Step 1: Use thumb or forefinger to lift the top cover upwards.
  2. Step 2: Insert FPC with conductive side down, parallel to the connector.
  3. Step 3: Press the top cover lightly and rotate down until FPC is fully inserted and secured.
  4. Step 4: To withdraw FPC, carefully lift the top cover and slide out the FPC.

Warnings:

  • Rotation angle of the cover should not exceed 120 degrees.
  • Inserting FPC at an excessive angle may cause electrical discontinuity.
  • Upward pulling force on FPC should not exceed 0.04N/pin max.
  • Do not use excessive force when opening the connector cover to avoid touching the terminals.
