This specification covers the 0.5mm Pitch H=2.0 FPC Easy-on R/A SMT type connectors series. Designed for reliable electrical connections, these connectors feature a LCP housing and actuator, with phosphor bronze terminals and fitting nails. Operating Instructions for ZIF Easy-On Type

  1. Step 1: Use the thumb or the forefinger, raise the top cover up.
  2. Step 2: FPC gets along with conductivity down. The parallel one inserts it in the connector.
  3. Step 3: Press the top cover lightly and rotate down to make a reservation, until FPC is totally inserted and not moved.
  4. Step 4: Lift the top cover carefully, withdraw FPC.

Warnings:

  • The whirling angle cannot be greater than 120 degrees.
  • When the angle that FPC inserts in is askew, it may cause electrical discontinuity.
  • The strength of dragging upwards should not exceed 0.04N/pin max.
  • While opening the connector top cover, do not use excessive strength and avoid touching the terminals.
