• After filling the reel, a protective tape is applied and sealed with masking tape, along with a product label.
• 10 reels (10000 pcs) are stacked and packed into one outer carton.
• Handle with care during transportation.
• Do not stack excessively high (max 1.8M) or apply heavy pressure during shipping.
• Drop Test Conditions: Finished carton free-fall from 1.2m height (one corner, three edges, six faces). Product must remain within the carrier tape groove, show no damage or deformation, and inner packaging material should not be severely damaged.
