Product Overview
The 6000 Series Buccaneer circular connectors offer a secure, quick mating and release system with a 30 twist locking mechanism and tamperproof lock to prevent accidental un-mating. They are designed for a wide range of dust and water-borne environments, achieving IP66, IP68, and IP69K ratings when mated. Available in both all-plastic (UL94-V0 rated, UV stable, halogen-free, self-extinguishing) and metal body versions, these lightweight connectors are suitable for long-term outdoor use. The range supports mains power to signal applications with 2 to 22 contacts, rated up to 16A and 277V. Features like polarization, visual alignment, and 'scoop proof' contacts ensure correct mating and prevent damage, making them ideal for blind mating applications. Internationally recognized certifications (cULus, UL, VDE) and available screw, crimp, and solder terminations provide versatility.
