Product Overview

The Archer Kontrol M55 Series is a range of 1.27mm (0.05) pitch connectors designed for versatile board-to-board and cable-to-board connections. Featuring shrouded male and female connectors, these components are ideal for parallel board-to-board (mezzanine), right-angle motherboard-to-daughterboard, and co-planar / edge-to-edge layouts. The socket connectors utilize twin-beam female contacts that mate with solid pin male connectors. All board mount connectors are double row, Surface Mount, and supplied in tape-and-reel packaging with pick-and-place caps. Location pegs and SMT side tabs enhance PCB placement and solder joint strength. Both male and female connectors are available in Vertical or Horizontal orientations, with multiple height options for vertical connectors. Housings incorporate polarization and latches for secure mating. IDC female connectors are double row and available individually or horizontally mounted to PVC ribbon cable.
