The DF52 Series offers compact and robust wire-to-board connectors with a 0.8mm pitch, designed for space-constrained applications. These connectors feature a 1.75mm height and 4.1mm depth, incorporating thick housing walls for enhanced durability. They are suitable for high current applications (up to 2.5A max with 2 pos. and 28 AWG) due to highly conductive materials and optimized contact force. The box-shaped crimp contact prevents deformation, ensuring stability and robustness. A visual mating confirmation feature allows users to easily verify full engagement, preventing accidental disconnects. These connectors are halogen-free, adhering to IEC 61249-2-21 standards.
