7. Solderability /
Resistance to soldering heat	Jack terminal dipped in solder: Temperature: 2603, Dip time: 51 seconds.	After test, plastic base should not be deformed and terminals should not fall off.
Solderability	Temperature of solder: 2453C. Time of dip: 30.5 seconds.	Coating of solder area should be more than 95%.
8. Environment test /
Cold test	Housing placed for 96 hours at -30 3 C. Then placed under standard atmospheric conditions for 1 hour and tested.	Appearance no obvious change. Contact resistance: 50 m. Insulation resistance: 500 M. Withstand voltage: AC 1000V.
Heat test	Housing stored at 802 for 96 hours. Then subjected to standard atmospheric conditions for 1 hour and tested.

Temperature Cycling	Place the Jack under specified conditions and then place in room temperature for 30 minutes.
