The NR connector is JST's first insulation displacement connector designed for printed circuit boards, offering a justified reputation for reliability. It accepts both discrete wires and ribbon cables, featuring a twin U-slot insulation displacement section for reliable connection and a strain relief feature to protect the connection from vibration, shock, and bending. The shrouded header is interchangeable with XH (crimp style), NRD (IDC style), and JQ (board-to-board style) connectors.
