The HEAVYCON EVO box mounting base is a robust plastic housing designed for industrial applications. It features a B24 size with a double locking latch for secure closure. This model includes a gland for two M40 cable entries, with one opening pre-sealed but breakable for flexible cable routing. Its design offers a flexible cable outlet direction (lateral or straight), lower cost compared to metal alternatives, and a lightweight construction. The integrated metal frame ensures a leading PE contact, and metal inlays guarantee a reliable PE connection even with angled plugs. The housing is completely corrosion-resistant, halogen-free, and impact-tested according to IK 08. It is suitable for various contact inserts including HC-B24, BB46, D64, DD108, M, K, HV10-I-PT, and HV 10-E...C.
