Ultra-small surface mount coaxial connectors designed for high-frequency applications with a mated height of 1.9mm or 2.3mm, and 2.4mm. These connectors offer reliable performance from DC to 6GHz.

Usage Precautions
Plugs
- Mating / Unmating: Use extraction tool for disconnection by inserting under connector flanges and pulling vertically. Align mating axes for connection; a "click" confirms full mating. Avoid extreme angles.
- Pull Forces on Cable: After mating, do not exceed specified pull forces: 1N max (U.FL-LP(V)-040, U.FL-LP-062), 2N max (U.FL-LP-040, U.FL-LP-066, U.FL-LP-088) for cable assemblies. For receptacle side: 3N max (U.FL-LP(v)-040, U.FL-LP-062), 4N max (U.FL-LP-040, U.FL-LP-0686, U.FL-LP-088).
- General Precautions: Do not forcefully twist or deform wires.
Receptacles
- Recommended Reflow Temperature Profile: 250C max. for 10 seconds (peak), 230C (liquidus), 180C-180C (preheat), 160C (start). Total time at or above 180C: 50 seconds max. Preheat time: 60-120 seconds max. Consult solder paste manufacturer for specifics.
- Recommended Manual Soldering: 350C for 5 seconds.
- Recommended Metal Mask Thickness: 0.1 to 0.12 mm.
- Reflow Cycles: 2 times.
Operating Environment and Storage Conditions
- Operating Environment: Not designed for excessive dust, corrosive gases (sulfur dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen dioxide), or environments with large rapid temperature variations.
- Storage Conditions (Receptacle): Store in Hirose Electric packaging. Temperature: -10 to +40C, Humidity: 85% max. Use within 6 months of delivery. Test solderability if storage period has elapsed.
