The FTSH-TXX-XX-XXX-D-XXX-XX series is a .050 x .050 CL through-hole terminal strip designed for various electronic applications. It offers a high amount of insertion force and supports multiple options for lead styles, plating, and configurations.

• Critical dimensions are marked with .
• Parts can be cut to position.
• Maximum cut flash: .010" on tail side, .020" through .050" on other areas.
• Loose cut flash must be removed.
• Minimum pushout force: 1.0 lb.
• Terminals to be sheared to meet dimension specification.
• Maximum burr allowance: .003".
• Maximum height variation between rows: .005".
• Voids may or may not be present on specified positions and can be mixed within an order.

Usage Notes:

• The -EC option (locking clip) is not compatible with auto placement due to high insertion force. Manual placement is recommended for assemblies with the -EC option.
• Lead style -01 is for tail side shearing.
• Snap shrouds (9 pos min) and molded shrouds (5 pos min) are available for -02 & -03 lead styles.
• Ejector shrouds are available for the -01 lead style (10 pos min).
• Guide posts are available for -02 & -03 lead styles (9 pos min).
• Keying option is for mating with FFSD series.

• Tube package: 5 - 50 positions.
