1. Good granulation effect: Combining the organic fertilizer stirring tooth granulation and drum granulation process, a new wet continuous push rod granulation process is adopted.

Working process

This organic fertilizer granulator uses high-speed rotation force to continuously mix the materials through the internal stirring teeth to achieve the mixing, granulation, spheroidization, densification and other processes to achieve the purpose of granulation. The particle diameter can be adjusted by the material mixing beam and the main shaft speed. Generally, the lower the mixing amount, the higher the speed, and the smaller the particles, and vice versa.
