Key Features & Networking Capabilities
Flexible Networking Modes
Designed for industrial manufacturing, smart parks, and branch scenarios, the CPE5100X enables 5G-incapable devices to connect and use 5G networks for data transmission. The device accesses 5G networks through radio interfaces, transmitting camera video information and collection data to application servers while receiving and sending control directives.
Fit AP-Mode Networking
Traditional APs connect to ACs over wired WLAN networks, which can be inconvenient and costly. This issue is resolved by attaching APs to CPE5100X devices that connect to uplink networks over 5G. In fit AP mode, each CPE5100X functions as one CPE plus one AP, registering with the AC for centralized management. This solution provides unified IP planning, transparent authentication across CPE5100X devices, and seamless client roaming.
5G/Wi-Fi Dual Uplink Networking
Supporting 5G and Wi-Fi dual uplink connections, the CPE5100X provides link redundancy in network environments with both 5G and WLAN. Configurable primary/backup links with automatic failover through NQA and Track collaboration ensure transmission reliability.
5G and Wired Dual-Link Redundancy
Supporting dual uplink connections with both 5G and wired links, the CPE5100X enhances transmission reliability through configurable primary/backup links with dynamic traffic switching via NQA and Track collaboration.
Wi-Fi 7 Technology Advantages
Wi-Fi 7 Standard Features
- 320MHz Channel Width: Utilizes 6GHz frequency band with up to 1200 MHz available bandwidth, supporting up to 3x 320 MHz channels for low-latency, high-bandwidth applications
- 4096-QAM: Advanced modulation technology delivering 20% increase in data rate compared to Wi-Fi 6's 1024-QAM
- MLO (Multilink Operation): Enables simultaneous connections across multiple frequency bands for improved throughput, latency, and reliability
- Preamble Puncturing: Dynamically eliminates interfered subchannels for efficient utilization of non-contiguous spectrum resources
- Multi-RU: Dynamic aggregation of multiple Resource Units to maximize spectrum resource utilization
6GHz Frequency Band Advantages
Wi-Fi 7 fully utilizes the up to 1200 MHz of available spectrum resources in the 6 GHz frequency band to achieve higher network throughput and better application performance. Only Wi-Fi 6E or Wi-Fi 7 compatible devices can access the 6 GHz frequency band, preventing interference from older devices and ensuring optimal performance for compatible devices.
