Our black coils are available in selected high-performance alloys including 3003, 3004, and 3105, with thicknesses from 0.25-1.0mm and widths from 10-1275mm. We apply our standard 2-coating process to achieve a consistent 20-28 micron topcoat, typically recommending Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) for exterior applications to maintain color integrity. Black is the definitive choice for feature walls, window frames, curtain wall accents, high-end signage, and designer furniture.
Features:
Customizable solid colors, metallic colors, Ral colors or wooden/stone coating effects are available to meet decorative needs of different scenarios. The coating has strong adhesion and is not easy to fade or chalk.
Black color coated aluminum coils inherit the natural corrosion resistance of pure aluminum, which forms a dense oxide layer on its surface when exposed to air. Building upon this, we apply high-performance primer and topcoat layers (such as PE or PVDF) through precision roller coating. This dual-layer protection system effectively shields the material from acid rain, industrial pollution, salt spray, and humid environments. Even under harsh outdoor conditions, the substrate remains rust-free and corrosion-free for decades, significantly extending the service life of buildings.
With a density only about 1/3 of steel, it is light in weight but high in strength, and can be easily bent, stamped, rolled and other forming processes to adapt to complex architectural shapes and product structures.
