The UP-5007 Digital Limited Oxygen Index Device is designed to determine the minimum volume fraction of oxygen required to sustain the combustion of various materials under standard laboratory conditions. It works by feeding a mixed gas of oxygen and nitrogen at a stable flow rate to form a uniform combustion atmosphere. By testing and recording the critical oxygen concentration that just supports the continuous combustion of vertical specimens, it accurately evaluates the flame retardant performance and combustion characteristics of materials.
