Working Principle
Fix wire samples on dedicated fixtures and hang assigned hook weights. Driven by motor forward-reverse torque, samples perform repeated forward-reverse swing bending. The system counts bending cycles continuously. When internal wire snaps and circuit fails, the corresponding test station stops automatically to record failure cycles for wire bending-life analysis.
