The UP-4040 wire bending swing tester utilizes motor forward-reverse rotation to perform repeated cable bending tests. Equipped with six independent test stations, each station operates separately. The system applies specified load weights to cable samples for swing bending tests. When a wire breaks and the circuit disconnects, the corresponding station automatically stops counting. Widely used for bending endurance testing of power cords, USB cables, headphone cables, and audio wires.
Suitable for bending and swing endurance testing of plug lead-out wires, power cables, USB cables, headphone wires, audio cables, and other finished wire products. Evaluates wire breakage rate and records swing cycles to verify the flexing service life of finished cables.
