The Peel Force Testing Machine UP-2001 is a computer-controlled peel tester specifically developed for adhesive tape and adhesive industries. Designed to measure peel strength of various adhesive products, this machine supports 90°, 180°, T-peel and floating-roller peel tests for high-strength adhesives with optional custom fixtures.
ASTM D903 specifies procedures for measuring peel/stripping strength of adhesive bonds between flexible materials and rigid or flexible substrates. This industry benchmark is widely adopted in pressure-sensitive tape, double-sided tape, protective film, label, and composite material manufacturing.
