Product Description
1. The automatic deep-pressing hot stamping die-cutting machine is specially designed for die cutting, hot stamping and embossing. It is suitable for paper above 80g/m2, cardboard, corrugated paper below 4mm, sticker paper, laminated paper, etc.
2. This machine is composed of four parts: feeder, paper feeding part, main motor and paper feeding part, which can automatically complete the working cycle of feeding, bronzing, die-cutting, embossing and receiving.
3. The electrical part is provided by the main motor, and 7 servo motors ensure the bronzing position is accurate and the speed is stable. 12 independent heating zones provide 0-199° temperature, ensuring pattern diversity and fastness. At the same time, the punching size can be made larger and the jumping is smoother. The fastness of the pattern is also very high, with no bubbles, no scorch, and no drape.
4. The pressure resistance of the thickened wall surface is 1000 tons, and 12 independent heating temperature zones make the embossing clearer, make the embossing pattern changeable, and the quality is higher. 600 tons of cutting pressure makes the pattern effect more three-dimensional.
5. The machine is equipped with an automatic lubrication system. The pendulum rod and copper tile are all reworked manually, and the surface is scrapped and full of criss-cross scratches. The groove holds more oil, which can ensure the smooth operation of the operation and the accuracy of the pattern.
