1) Main chain drive:
The main drive system adopts crank worm gear pair and special crankshaft connecting rod the mechanism is connected by a bearing shell, which can reduce the locomotive clearance, avoid impact and ensure smooth operation and high die cutting pressure.
2) Electronic control part:
The electronic control system adopts PLC control. There are various safety guards sound and light alarm and automatic shutdown when an accident occurs to protect the safety of people and machines.
3) Die cutting and creasing:
Reliable overload protection mechanism to separate the active and driven parts automatically in the event of an overload accident. Unique die-cut frame prevents effectively prevent the die-cutting board from falling and separating.
4) Strip part:
Male and female molds can be inserted into the machine from the operating side to shorten set time and greater security. Centerline system is compatible with Centerline II for fast replacing and shortening setup time 3 side and middle sections are stripped to ensure more work efficiency
