Equipped with a three-position adjustment device (front, left, right) to facilitate the adjustment of the needle position. The servo motor-controlled adjustment device ensures hot stamping accuracy within ±0.10mm.

The platform movement is hydraulically controlled to ensure high-pressure and stable operation. The low-maintenance design only requires regular replacement of the hydraulic oil every 3-5 years.

Japanese PAN PLC computers provide fully automatic control and comprehensive monitoring. Equipped with Schneider contactors/relays and Omron photoelectric switches to ensure reliable electrical operation.
