It is widely used for various printed paper, other flat leather, solid board, and plastic board materials, such as congratulatory cards, invitation cards, red pocket, Hang tags, labels, certificates, and various gift packing boxes, etc.
Main Feature
■ PLC control, one person can easy operate two or three set at one time .
■ Foil stamping pressure, temperature and time can be adjusted without stopping the machine running.
■ Pusher gauge correction design: The front pusher gauge and the left/right lay gauges are more convenient for users to adjust and use according to the needle position direction of the printed pull gauge.
■ Upper and lower pull-out plate design: It is more convenient and flexible for users to change and replenish plates, and the plate registration operation is easier.
■ The main board adopts bottom air suction and paper clamping functions: After deviation correction, bottom air suction assists the paper clamping function to fix the product and improve positioning accuracy.
Paper clamping prevents product displacement during large-format hot stamping, ensures better separation between foil and substrate, and avoids shifting caused by foil stepping.
■ Higher Stamping Pressure & Reinforced Main Frame:Thickened and weighted main frame delivers higher stability during long-time, high-pressure, full-speed operation.
