0.034 Tin-Plated Semi-Rigid Coax Cable 50 Ohm MIL Grade SR-034-TP for Marine Application
The SR-034-TP is a 0.034 inch (0.86mm) tin-plated semi-rigid coaxial cable engineered for applications where environmental resistance is as critical as electrical performance. This UT-034-TP compatible alternative cable shares the same core construction as our standard SR-034—including the SCCS center conductor and PTFE dielectric—but features a seamless copper tube outer conductor with a tin plated finish. The tin plating provides superior corrosion resistance in marine, coastal, and high humidity environments where bare copper would oxidize and degrade over time. The silver plated copper clad steel (SCCS) center conductor delivers mechanical strength for permanent forming while maintaining excellent conductivity. With 155 GHz higher order mode cutoff frequency and 2100V voltage withstanding, this microwave cable supports demanding applications through 90 GHz. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C with full RoHS compliance.
