Product Description
Hydrostatic Test Bench for Nuclear Auxiliary Facilities
Nuclear engineering is widely applied in energy, medical, industrial, and environmental protection fields. The application of its supporting facilities requires strict compliance with safety regulations and special inspection standards to ensure personnel and environmental safety. Therefore, the pressure resistance of components for nuclear auxiliary facilities must be verified by dedicated hydrostatic test equipment.
Integrated Pure Water Machine
Water is used in nuclear reactions to moderate neutrons and transfer heat. This imposes specific requirements on water quality for hydrostatic pressure tests.
| Parameter | Unit | Value |
|---|---|---|
| Chloride Ion Content | ppm | ≤0.15 |
| Fluoride Ion Content | ppm | ≤0.15 |
| Conductivity | μΩ/cm | ≤2 |
| Suspended Solids | ppm | ≤0.1 |
| SiO₂ Content | ppm | ≤0.1 |
| pH Value | / | 6.0~8.0 |
(Water Quality Requirements for Inspection of Pressure-resistant Components Used in Nuclear Tests)
The hydrostatic test bench for nuclear auxiliary facilities is internally integrated with a reverse osmosis water purifier, which can produce pure water meeting the test specifications. It is also equipped with a dedicated pure water tank and easily replaceable filter units.

System Features
This equipment is equipped with four quick-change test stations, which support simultaneous hydrostatic pressure tests for four groups of workpieces.
- Water receiving tray configured to prevent overflow of the test medium
- Each station provided with embedded clamping grooves and fastening locks matching workpiece dimensions
- Effectively avoids excessive displacement of workpieces during pressure testing
Schematic Diagram of Test Stations
The assembly of the test workpiece is pre-sealed. During the preparation phase of the pressure test, a quick-connect fitting is connected to the water filling port for water injection and pressurization; the vent port is connected for air venting and water drainage.
Workpieces at each station are half-embedded in the embedded grooves on the equipment. After the workpiece is hoisted into the clamping groove, it is secured by a snap fastener to prevent shifting of the workpiece inside the equipment during pressurization.
