Minerals Mining Conveyor Equipment 78t/H-191t/H Mining Conveyor Belt
Minerals Mining Conveyor Equipment Mining Conveyor Belt
1.Product Introduction
Mineral conveying equipment primarily refers to a series of mechanical devices used for the continuous transport of bulk materials such as ore, concentrates, and tailings. Core types include belt conveyors and tube chain conveyors. Belt conveyors primarily consist of a frame, conveyor belt, idlers, drums, drive unit, and tensioning device. They operate as friction-driven continuous transport equipment. Tube chain conveyors, conversely, are continuous transport systems that move materials within enclosed pipelines via chains equipped with disc scrapers. They are suitable for powdered, small granular, and small lump materials.
2.Application
This type of equipment is widely used across various mining industries, including coal mines, iron ore mines, copper mines, gold mines, and sand and gravel aggregate production lines. It conveys a wide range of materials, encompassing coal, quartz stone, iron ore, kaolin, granite, bauxite, sand, gravel, and other blocky, granular, and powdered minerals. The equipment can be arranged horizontally, inclined, or vertically according to process requirements, enabling continuous and automated connections throughout production stages.
3.Working Principle
- Belt Conveyor: The motor drives the drive drum to rotate via a reducer, and the conveyor belt is pulled by friction between the belt and the drive drum. Materials fall onto the running belt at the feed end and move along with the belt to the discharge end for unloading.
- Tube Chain Conveyor: Within a closed pipe, a chain drives the movement of chain plates or scrapers. During horizontal transport, the chain plates exert thrust on the material. When the internal friction between material layers exceeds the external friction between material and pipe wall, the material moves forward with the chain plates, forming a stable flow.
- For vertical transport, the principle is similar: the upward thrust from chain plates, lateral pressure from feed below, and enhanced internal friction collectively overcome the material's weight and external friction to achieve vertical conveyance.
4.Advantages
-
Continuous Efficiency and Automation: Enables seamless integration across production stages, significantly boosting productivity while reducing labor intensity. Easily integrates multiple units or combines with other process equipment to form automated conveying systems.
-
Adaptability and Flexible Layout: Configure as single units, multiple units, or complex systems based on site requirements. Enables horizontal, inclined, or even three-dimensional conveying with minimal constraints from terrain, angles, or heights. Tube chain conveyors also support flexible placement of multiple inlets and outlets to meet diverse process demands.
-
Smooth Operation and Material Protection: Conveying action is smooth, minimizing damage to materials (e.g., gravel) and helping maintain material quality, particularly suitable for abrasive materials. Tube chain conveyors are less prone to material stratification when conveying mixtures.
-
Sealed, Eco-Friendly, and Safe: Sealed equipment like tube chain conveyors effectively prevent material contamination and dust dispersion during operation, ensuring a clean working environment. All moving parts operate within an enclosed space, ensuring high safety standards.
-
Reliable Structure and Easy Maintenance: Belt conveyors feature relatively simple process structures with highly interchangeable components, facilitating straightforward maintenance. The equipment design is compact, occupying minimal space. The system operates reliably with low clogging tendencies and can handle diverse material forms.
