Hard Rock Gold Recovery Equipment 20t/H-30t/H Fine Gold Concentrator
Hard rock gold recovery equipment
1.Product Introduction Gold Ore Processing Equipment
A comprehensive hard rock gold recovery system generally comprises crushing units, grinding units, gravity separation units, and refining auxiliary equipment. The core gravity separation components include Centrifugal Concentrators, Shaking Tables, Jigs, and Sluice Boxes. In recent years, the centrifugal concentrator has become the industry standard for hard rock plants due to its superior recovery rates for fine-grained gold.
2.Application Gold Ore Processing Equipment
-
Primary Gold Beneficiation: Processing ores extracted from quartz vein-type and altered rock-type hard rock gold bodies.
-
Underground and Open-Pit Support: Serving as the core surface processing system for ore extracted from underground stopes.
-
Small-to-Medium Gold Production Lines: The integrated design is ideal for plants with daily capacities ranging from dozens to hundreds of tons.
-
Tailings Re-selection & Resource Optimization: Recovering residual gold from historic tailings to maximize resource utilization.
-
Rapid Recovery for High-Grade Zones: Used during exploration phases to quickly evaluate ore body grade and recoverability.
3.Working Principle Gold Ore Processing Equipment
-
Crushing & Grinding: Raw ore undergoes primary crushing via jaw or cone crushers and is then sent to ball or rod mills for grinding to the target mesh (typically 80% passing -200 mesh) to ensure full liberation of gold particles.
-
Slurry Preparation: The ground product is conditioned into a slurry of appropriate density and pumped to the gravity separation equipment.
-
Centrifugal Enrichment: The slurry enters the high-speed centrifugal concentrator, where intense centrifugal forces cause high-density gold particles to settle rapidly and become trapped in the inner wall grooves.
-
Stratification & Discharge: Light-density gangue overflows with the water, while heavy concentrates are periodically discharged via backwashing during scheduled downtime.
-
Downstream Processing: The recovered heavy concentrate can be smelted directly or further purified through flotation or cyanidation.
4.Advantages Gold Ore Processing Equipment
- High Recovery Rates: Advanced gravity separation achieves gold recovery rates exceeding 95%, with excellent adaptability to both coarse and fine gold.
- Eco-Friendly & Energy Efficient: The gravity process requires no chemical reagents, reducing environmental impact and aligning with Green Mine trends.
- Low Operating Costs: High levels of automation and simple maintenance result in lower energy consumption compared to full cyanidation circuits.
- Modular Design: Supports rapid installation and relocation, making it ideal for deployment in remote mining regions.
- Enhanced Economic Benefits: By pre-concentrating and discarding tailings early, the volume of ore entering the leaching stage is reduced, significantly cutting reagent consumption and Opex.
- Strong Adaptability: Process parameters can be adjusted based on ore characteristics, making it suitable for diverse geological conditions.
