The 50 TPD Gold CIP/CIL Plant is a compact, high-efficiency mineral processing system specifically engineered for small-to-medium scale mining operations. Designed with a modular or skid-mounted structure, this plant integrates grinding, leaching, and adsorption into a streamlined footprint, allowing for rapid deployment and high recovery rates of fine-grained gold.

3.Working Principle CIP CIL Gold Extraction

The 50 TPD plant operates through a series of integrated mechanical and chemical stages:

1. Comminution: Raw ore is crushed and fed into a Ball Mill, grinding the rock into a fine pulp (typically 85% passing 200 mesh).

2. Classification: A spiral classifier or hydrocyclone returns coarse particles to the mill while sending fine pulp to the thickener.

3. Leaching & Adsorption:

   • CIL Mode: Eco-friendly leaching reagents dissolve the gold while activated carbon simultaneously adsorbs it within the same agitated tanks.

   • CIP Mode: Gold is first dissolved in leaching tanks, then adsorbed by carbon in separate downstream stages.

4. Carbon Recovery: "Loaded" carbon is screened out and sent to a Desorption  Electrowinning unit to produce high-purity gold sludge.
