1.Product Introduction Jigger machine
An iron ore jigger machine is a key mineral processing device that utilizes the principle of gravity separation. By creating water pulsations, it enables minerals to layer and separate based on density. With a processing capacity ranging from 5 to 60 tons per hour (TPH), it is ideal for handling coarse to medium-grained iron ore with particle sizes between 5–60 mm.

3.Working Principle Jigger machine
The core principle is based on the differing settling velocities of mineral particles in a water medium.

Mechanical Drive and Pulsation: The device uses a multi-stage composite lever and a variable-speed power system to drive a sine-wave rocker arm in a reciprocating motion. This movement is transmitted via connecting rods to a composite separation box, moving a rubber composite diaphragm to produce periodic "suction and push" waves in the water.

Particle Layering: Under the combined influence of water pulsation and gravity, particles undergo a sinusoidal drifting motion as they move forward. Low-density gangue (waste) is washed away by the upper current, while high-density iron ore particles gradually sink.

Dual-Layer Composite Separation: The machine features a double-layer design. The upper sieve plate processes coarse ore, where the resulting concentrate layer acts as a natural "bed." The lower layer processes fine ore. By managing the thickness of the upper coarse layer, operators can directly control the quality and productivity of both layers.

Collection and Discharge: Dense concentrate particles fall into the lower discharge unit. Once a specific volume accumulates, they are discharged via electric valves controlled by a central box.
