Product Overview
The downstream screening plant is a core post-processing module configured immediately after log washer, forming a complete wet scrubbing & classification flow. Twin counter-rotating shafts of log washer break viscous clay lumps via stone-on-stone attrition and discharge water-laden clean aggregates; the downstream screen undertakes secondary rinsing, impurity removal, dewatering and precise particle grading to eliminate residual slime, lightweight organics and mud coatings left after scrubbing.
Equipped with full-length spray manifolds above screen decks, high-volume water jets flush fine contaminants into underflow slurry tank, while separated sized aggregates are dewatered to low moisture content for direct stacking or feeding to crushing, gravity separation and flotation lines. Single/double/triple deck screen configurations are customizable to output 2–4 spec clean products simultaneously.
Working Principle
1.Scrubbed wet material flows out from log washer discharge chute onto inclined vibrating screen surface;
2.High-pressure spray bars conduct secondary full-surface rinsing to strip residual clay film;
3.Vibration stratifies materials by particle size, separating coarse, medium and fine fractions on different decks;
4.Slurry containing silt, fine mud and floating trash falls through screen meshes into collecting sump;
5.ewatered graded clean aggregates discharge separately via segmented chutes to finished stockpiles.
