The mineral log washer is professional wet scrubbing equipment for clay-contaminated ores. Twin counter-rotating shafts create intense ore friction to break sticky clay lumps and remove surface mud coatings. It fits gold, iron, manganese, silica and alluvial mineral washing lines for desliming before beneficiation.

Working Principle
Clay-bearing raw ore enters the washing tank. Two spiral shafts rotate oppositely to lift and churn ores. Particle-to-particle friction dissolves adhered slime. Muddy wastewater overflows out, while clean mineral ore discharges for subsequent screening and separation.
