Rotary Kiln Tyre (also called Kiln Riding Ring) is a largediameter cast steel ring mounted on the rotary kiln shell.

It rests on the supporting rollers, carrying the full weight of the kiln shell, refractory lining, raw meal and internal equipment while the kiln is rotating.

The rotary kiln model applicable to the tire is: Φ7/6.4*95. The tire has a large diameter and is a one-piece circular forging.

The riding ring is applicable to the rotary kiln model: Φ7/6.4 * 95m.

The riding ring is a one-piece circular forging, manufactured in accordance with the dimensions and inclination angle specified in the user-confirmed drawings. The riding ring is supplied with a support bracket.

Support bracket dimensions: 8m × 2.5m × 0.5m (dimensions may be adjusted according to the user’s transportation vehicle).

Outer diameter of the riding ring: 7650mm

Inner diameter of the riding ring: 6800mm

Hardness of the riding ring: 180-220HB

Material: 35CrMo
