It is the ideal solution for plant upgrades, seamlessly replacing traditional fine screens with zero downtime and no civil structure modifications. This reliable equipment optimizes process flows, reduces manual labor, and significantly boosts overall plant efficiency.
Working Principle
The ZSB Rotary Brush Fine Screen primarily consists of a drive unit, frame, screen mesh, chain-driven brush plates, and a top rotary brush. Driven by a geared motor, the traction chains pull the brush plates upward along the screen to sweep the mesh and lift intercepted waste. At the top, most debris drops into the hopper by gravity, while a secondary rotary brush clears any residue from the brush plates. Liquid flows smoothly through the mesh, enabling a continuous and highly automated solid-liquid separation cycle.

Additional preventive measures are required at the intake for water sources with heavy ice or silt. During operation, the flushing flume requires a wash-water flow of ~3 m³/h at a minimum pressure of 0.2 MPa.
