The ZBGN series scraper mainly consists of a working bridge, center support with slip ring, drive unit, scraper blades, skimming mechanism, feed well, and control panel.

During operation, the drive unit rotates the bridge around the tank's central axis. Engineered with a logarithmic spiral curve for uniform force distribution, the blades thoroughly scrape settled sludge into the central pit. The equipment ensures maximum operational safety through an automatic rake-yielding mechanism to bypass bottom obstacles, complemented by a torque overload protector in the drive unit.
